Creative and engaging, each workout is backed by science and designed to strengthen, uplift, and inspire you. Movement is a privilege and your body, mind and spirit should feel fantastic after a workout. My goal is to design a program that not only challenges, and motivates you, but one that you will fall in love with, creating a life-long connection to fitness and wellness – let’s make fitness your new BFF! Kerri Scherzay brings her infectious laugh and uplifting attitude into everything she does. With over 15 years in the fitness industry her client list spans coast to coast from Boston, New York, Seattle, San Francisco to Los Angeles and over seas. From high-end country clubs and athletic clubs to boutique, luxury fitness facilities, she has designed and developed a training style for her clients that is empowering, motivating and effective.
A master of movement, Kerri has a keen eye for pinpointing exactly where her clients need to train. Correcting muscular imbalances, faulty movement patterns and building strong bodies is the foundation of each bespoke program and training session. Her high energy, upbeat workouts will have you both smiling and sweating.
